Die oven (Auxiliary equipment for aluminum extrusion)

Die Oven is the equipment of being applied with Extrusion Press; It heated mould to the temperature near the billets and conveniently to extrusion molding.

The outside of the furnace is jointed by common armor plate and profiled bar, the workroom is jointed by heat-resistant armor plate with holes, the middle is lightweight brick, the material of heat insulation is sodium silicate fiber felt, and inside is the special brick that supported electrical heating, that is the common aluminum brick, and the electrical heater coil supporting on it. The case adopts 1Cr13 3mm stainless steel plate.

After heating element heated, it transfer heat to liner with hole directly and transmit heating to liner through air, mould heated quickly and uniformly.
